Calder's notes

Faint short entry on the North side of the North East spandrel; outer frame line West of the "CA" is thin; in clear copies 2 faint lines are found in the oval frame lines East of the West oval ornament; main position dot is slightly South centre nearly full towards East.

Kershaw's notes

There is a short transfer in the TR corner close to the edge of the neat line.

Morel's notes

Broken frame line at left of CA. Weak transfer top right background, position dot right of face. Double lines just right of the left oval in the large oval frame area. (pf 77.1) This flaw was identified by Calder and Whitworth. but not in the Kershaw plating guide.

Stamps from printing orders 1 to 5A were perf. 11.75, stamps from printing orders 5B to 7 were perf. 12 x 11.75 and those from printing orders 8 to 12 were perf. 12.
