Calder's notes

Three guide dots in North margin near the North West corner; 1 guide dot North East of the North East corner; distinct Defective Transfer - doubling appears in the bottom of "GE" and in the oval frame line East of "GE" and in the East oval ornament; no main position dot.

Kershaw's notes

There is a single dot to the right of the double dots and one in the TR corner. There is a cheek travelling dot and doubling of "G-E" in "POSTAGE" as well as doubling of the lettering panel above

Morel's notes

Shows the doubling in bottom letters GE of postage as well as line in oval above AGE and doubling (pf 5.1) at right of the right oval. Travelling dot on cheek. Main position dot not visible. This also shows the top guideline and dots in top margin, 3 at left, and 1 at right. There is also a small dash in the lower right 7 (pf 5.2)

Stamps from printing orders 1 to 5A were perf. 11.75, stamps from printing orders 5B to 7 were perf. 12 x 11.75 and those from printing orders 8 to 12 were perf. 12.
