Calder's notes

Four guide dots in North margin - 3 near the North West corner and 1 near the North East corner - the 2 dots farthest West are North of the West frame line and the outer dot is very faint; main position dot is oval North West and South East slightly North of centre about 1/2 East or better.

Kershaw's notes

There is an additional single dot to the right vertically above the period mark next to the "d". The LH oval guide dot is very large, above, but touching the horizontal guide line, and merging with the blue surround

Morel's notes

Top margin dot above left frame line, one dot above the period of "d.", and one above the vertical frame line upper right. Position dot  in left oval at 2 o'clock.

Stamps from printing orders 1 to 5A were perf. 11.75, stamps from printing orders 5B to 7 were perf. 12 x 11.75 and those from printing orders 8 to 12 were perf. 12.
